The Red Wings broke out for six in the 5th to turn a 1-1 tie into a 7-1 lead and then piled on to smelt the Iron Pigs, 11-5. Jackson Kent picked up his fifth win with five innings of one-run ball on five hits and two walks. He struck out four. Joey Weimer drove in five with two singles and a homer while Yoyo Morales and Brady House both went 3-for-5 and combined for three runs scored and three RBI to lead the Rochester offense. Roster moves: LHP Tom Cosgrove assigned from Washington (trade with Astros).

Harrisburg managed just five hits in a 7-0 shutout loss to Richmond. Trevor Williams made his latest MLB rehab start and got seven outs without a hit allowed or a walk issued. His successors, not so much. Maruqis Grissom Jr. was charged with the loss, giving up two runs on three hits in 2/3rds of an inning. T.J. White (single, walk) and Devin Fitz-Gerald (single, HBP) were the only two Harrisburg batters to reach base twice while Cortland Lawson had the sole extra-base hit, his tenth double. Roster moves: RHP Connor Van Scoyoc reassigned from Rochester; RHP Riley Maddox reassigned from Wilmington; RHP Trevor Williams MLB rehab reassigned rfom Fredericksburg; LHP Noah Dean placed on the 7-Day I.L.

The Blue Rocks rallied from a 4-1 deficit with six unanswered runs for a 7-4 win over the Renegades. Xander Meckley gave up all four Hudson Valley runs on four hits and four walks. Adam Boucher put up goose eggs in the 8th and 9th innings to earn the win, his second. Jacob Walsh singled once and homered twice while Ronny Cruz singled, doubled, and stole three bases to lead the Wilmington offense.

The FredNats hit four homers and scored in each of the last four innnings in an 8-3 win over the FireFlies. Leuris Portorreal won for the second time with five innings of two-run ball on four hits and two walks while striking out five. Branden Boissiere and Dashyll Tejeda both went 3-for-5 with two homers and seven combined RBI to power the Fredericksburg offense. Roster moves: LHP Jared Beck, RHP Kevin Davis placed on the 7-Day I.L.

The F-Astros got three in the 2nd, the F-Nats got two in the 5th. The game was F-rained out after an 89-minute F-delay. Juan Reyes lost but will be credited witha complete game, with three runs let in on seven hits and two walks while striking out six. Feldi Tavarez singed twice and scored once while Carlos Tavares doubled him and then scored ahead of an RBI single by Nauris De La Cruz.

The DSL Nationals were never in this game, falling behind 3-0 after one, and 5-2 after three before the wheels came off the bus with a five-run 7th and a 12-5 loss. Enmanuel Carela lost for the third time in five starts, letting in three runs on four hits and a walk and one (1) strikeout over two innings. Isaiah Suarez walked, doubled, and tripled while Juan Duran reached base three times on a single, double, and a walk. Jonierbis Garces roujnded out the five-hit barrage with an RBI single.
