Fredericksburg vs. Myrtle Beach – CNCLD
The series finale between the FredNats and the Pelicans was rained out for the second cancellation in August and third overall this season.
DSL Nationals, 24-25, 6th place, DSL South, 7GB
The DSL Nationals took three of five last week but did not gain any ground nor did they reduce their run differential. For the final full week of the ’25 season, the D-Nats are home today, Thursday, and Saturday and on the road tomorrow and Friday. Barring any rainouts, four wins ensures a .500 record, five wins a winning season.
that’s 17 straight scoreless for Clemmey, 22.2 if you count earned runs only. in half his starts he has not allowed a run.
yes the walks are (way) too high but it’s not like he’s hitting the mascot.
delivery looks a lot cleaner this year. 93-95 per the Aberdeen announcers early on.
staying in Wilmington, just noticed Cranz was transferred to the 60 day IL. bummer.
Andry Lara gets an inning of mop-up duty for the Wings last night. I have no idea what is going on with their plans for him. his time with the big club did not go well but not much else did for them either.
Another one bites the dust ( Queen ) . Aka Cranz
Sometimes I wonder with a shift in who sits in the player development office especially after a regime change certain older prospects are given different priorities ( Lara ) as recent additions fill the vacant starting pitching slots at several affiliate levels
BB at Burg proving the old adage ( just get his bat to City Island)
Nats promote Clemmey to AA Harrisburg. Clemmey will be the youngest player on the H’burg roster by more than a year; Clemmey was born on July 18, 2005.
