Two singles, a hit batsman, and an error ended the shutout bid while Brady House hit his fifth AAA homer to account for the Rochester offense. Xander Meckley did little to rebut his demotion as he walked five, hit two, and retired one of eight batters faced. Johan Otanez was the sole reliever to not let in any runs, though he walked four over two and 2/3rds, which was a trend as the staff walked 13 total. Luke Dickerson, Sir Jamison Jones, and Coy James all homered and drove in six of the eight FredNats runs. Make that six straight losses for the FCL Nationals with a 4-3 decision to the FCL Astros. The tragic number is now four. Yaiker Torrelles made his second appearance with a scoreless 1st before giving way to Juan Lopez, who allowed all four F-Astros runs on five hits and three walks over three and 2/3rds innings while striking out two. Franniel Reynoso went the first four and allowded two runs on four hits and a walk and struck out as many as you did. Darling Reyes came on with the bases loaded and one out in the 7th and let ’em all in with the “help” of an error. He got four outs total and got both his second win and his second blown save.
