The Red Wings sent 14 men to the plate and saw nine of them score in a 10-1 defenestration of the Mets. Luis Perals won his fifth game with five scoreless innings, with four hits, two walks, and seven strikeouts. Justin Lawrence, the fourth man out of the Rochester ‘pen, lost the shutout in 9th on two walks and a hit. Riley Adams and Abimelec Ortz both went deep while Phillip Glasser and Christian “Hey It’s” Franklin singled, doubled, and scored a run to lead the 13-hit parade. Roster moves: RHP Chandler Champlain hidden placed on the Developmental List.

Harrisburg scored in each of its last five “ups” and outslugged Portland, 9-6. Josh Randall was knocked from the box with two out in the 4th after allowing two unearned runs on four hits and a walk while striking out four. It was a stoppable force against a moveable object between the two ‘pens with the Senators finally getting stops in the 8th and 9th innings, which earned Jeuris Jimenez his second AA save. Thomas Schultz was awarded the win, his second, while blowing his seventh save. Cortland Lawson led the Harrisburg 12-hit column of with two singles and two doubles, T.J. White drew four of the Sens’ eleven walks, and Kervin Pichardo whiffed four times of the 17 total on the night.

The Blue Rocks got a grand slam from Kevin Bazell and 10 K’s from Miguel Sime Jr. in a 4-1 tuning of the Keys. Sime gave up the lone Fredericks run on two hits and no walks over five innings for his second win. Mike Tepper finished the game with four scoreless, hitless innings for the save, his first. Yeremy Cabrera, Angel Feliz, and Eli Willits each singled while Cabrera drew two walks, Elijah Green the third, and Feliz and Green both stole a base to highlight the Wilmington offense.

A five-run 6th put Fredericksburg up 9-5 but it was the last rally of two in the 8th that put Fredericksburg over the top for an 11-9 win. Marlon De La Cruz disn’t make it past hte 4th for the seventh straight start as he was strafed for five runs on seven hits (one HR) and three walks over three and a 1/3rd innings. He struck out five. Adam Bogosian got the win with seven outs in the middle innings while Kai Peterson didn’t let the tying runs score to get his first Low-A save. Coy James singled twice, hit his 15th HR, and drove in three while Gavin Fien doubled, homered, and drove in two as the two teenagers led the FredNats 13-hit, seven-walk offense. Roster moves: LHP Juan Reyes placed on the 7-day I.L.

DSL NYY Bombers vs. DSL Nationals – PPD
Rain affected several games in the D.R. yesterday, postponing this one until next Wednesday.
