Rochester Red Wings, 6-6, T5th I.L. East, 3½ GB – 51-34 overall
Rochester dropped four of six vs. Lehigh Valley to fall 2½ games further back in the International League standings. It appears the grind of the constant shuffling between AAA and D.C. is starting to wear on the bullpen, which, lately has been getting hammered like Kash Patel and Pete Hegseth. This week, the Red Wings make the trek east on the NY thruway to the Mass Pike to play the (ugh) Woo Sox for six games with a matinee on Sunday. Roster moves: RHP Cole Henry recalled to Washington; RHP Eddy Yean optioned from Washington.

Harrisburg Senators, 6-4, 3rd E.L. Southwest, 4GB – 40-39 overall
The Senators won three of five but lost 2½ games off the pace of the red-hot SeaWolves, winners of nine straight. Erie hosts Harrisburg this week for six including a day game tomorrow and Sunday as well as the return of the Moon Mammoths identity. Roster moves: OF-1B Branden Boissiere activated from I.L.

Wilmington Blue Rocks, 9-6, T3rd Sally Lg. North, 2GB – 40-40 overall
Wilmington remains on the road but heads into the city to play Brooklyn after splitting with Hudson Valley (don’t worry, they’ll get more chances against the Renegades because limiting travel costs is the goal). Roster moves: C Matt Suggs placed on the 7-day I.L (eff. 7/5).

Fredericksburg Nationals, 8-7, 2nd C.L. North, 1GB – 54-27 overall
The FredNats split their one and only series with the FireFlies last week and head for the Redneck Riviera Myrtle Beach for another one-and-only series this week, which is mercifully all night games.

FCL Cardinals 5 FCL Nationals 3 – SUSP.

The FCL Nationals got a three-run HR in the top of the 1st but went Red Hot Chili Peppers in the bottom of the 1st and gave it away, gave it away, gave it away with four runs, and another in the 2nd before the rains came. They’ll shoot to finish it on Friday when the two teams next meet. Roster moves: RHP Maximin Medina reassigned from the DSL.

The D-Nats lost for the fourth straight game but couldn’t lose any ground to the D-Padres, who kept pace with their fifth straight “L.” Jhoan Thomas made his second start and was dinged for two runs on a hit, a walk, and two wild pitches over two innings. Ranger Sarit took the loss with four runs let in on five hits and two walks while striking out four over the next two innings. 16-y.o. Juan Duran extended his hit streak to eight games and pushed his BA to .418 while Samil Serrano reached base three times on two walks and a single.
