The Bisons gave the Red Wings two gift runs on an errors in the 6th to take a 3-1 lead. As gracious hosts, Rochester returned the favor by coughing up three runs in the top of the 7th to lose, 4-3. Riley Cornelio turned in his best AAA outing thus far: six innings of one-run ball on one hit and three walks while striking out eight. He was rewarded with a no-decision. Phillip Glasser singled twice while Francisco Mejía homered to lead the Red Wings offense.

Akron led this one from start to finish, tripling up Harrisburg 6-2 to give the Senators their 11th loss in their last 13 games. Jackson Kent went the first five and let in two runs on five hits and three walks while striking out seven. Three relievers combined to give up four runs over the last three to put the game out of reach. Chad Lomavita singled and homered while Kevin Made singled twice and scored ahead of Seaver King’s triple – the lone hit in seven RISP chances for the Sens.
