The Red Wings got two home runs early and three RBI hits in the late innings to take down the Mets, 5-1. Bryce Conley won for the second time in nine AAA starts, allowing the Syracuse run on a solo HR and two hits total over five and 2/3rds. He walked two and struck out five. Nasim Nuñez, Andrés Chaparro, and Andrew Pinckney each had two hits and combined for all five RBI to power the Rochester offense.

Hartford broke up the MAGA/MAHA party on the Dunkin Park scoreboard with a solo HR in the bottom of the 7th but Harrisburg got a pair of two-out hits to tie in the top of the 8th. Seaver King doubled in the free runner to break the 1-1 tie in the 10th and Carlos De La Cruz singled King in for a 3-1 lead that Austin Amaral was able to hold for a 3-2 win. Jake Bennett labored through four scoreless innings with three hits, a walk, and three whiffs in his fifth start. King, De La Cruz, and Branden Boissiere each had two hits to pace the Sens offense.

The BlueClaws tripled up the Blue Rocks, 6-2 to even the series at two games apiece. Eriq Swan gave up all six runs on eight hits (one HR) and three walks over four innings to lose his second start for Wilmington. T.J. White and Marcus Brown both tripled and struck out twice, four of 13 on the night by the Blue Rocks, who scored less than three runs for the 50th time this season. Roster moves: IF Juan Yepez assigned from Rochester for MiLB rehab.

It’s not sexy, but it still counts: Fredericksburg walked off on a balk to win, 5-4. That made a winner out of Merrick Baldo who was on the hook for the loss after giving up a run in the 8th. Brayan Romero turned in his best outing of the year with six scoreless innings with three hits, four walks, and five whiffs. Newcomers Nick Hollifield and Wyatt Henseler both singled twice and struck out twice as the FredNats racked up 11 singles and drew seven walks on the night.

The D-Nats scored single runs in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th innings to build a 3-0 lead only to see the bullpen fritter it away for a 4-3 loss to the D-Gigantes Negro. Greyson Gimenez went the first four and allowed no runs on one hit and two walks while fanning one. The loss went to Manuel Ruiz on two walks, a sacrifice, and a single. Angel Requena singled three times and stole two bases while Esnaider Vargas singled, doubled, and drove in a run to lead the DSL Nationals offense.
