Good News!
It looks like most of our MILB prospects received the one shot J&J vaccine this week in Florida from Sam’s Club.
Well, I guess that’s DYNO-MITE!
So Cody Wilson becomes sort of a modern-day Moonlight Graham, appearing in an MLB game without ever being on the 40-man. He did get an official AB, though.
Nothing against Wilson, and good for him for showing so well to get this opportunity, but it sure is curious to give both the NRI and MLB look to a guy who hasn’t played above Hagerstown over several OFs higher up in the system. Banks is the primary one who comes to mind, who held his own at AA, but there are others like Cole Freeman who are also getting bypassed here.
