All Quiet on the Minor-League Front
Knowing that this is the new normal, I have resisted doing a “keep-the-lights-on” post. But a week between posts is probably reason enough.
Most of the Natmosphere’s focus right now is on the big club and the remaking of the front office and the major-league coaching staff. That ain’t my lane.
This is a minors site, and we have yet to see (beyond the dribs and drabs from social media, natch) the ripple effects onto the minor-league side of the reorg. And I don’t expect to see anything until next year.
But, I have updated the Road Trips page to include this year’s new stadiums and one from last year—the rest of the 2024 stops were to places I’d been before—so if you’re in the DMV and listening to the wind howl right now, you may want to take a look now – espectially the Hub City Spartanburgers.
And with that, I return you to your National Bacon Day festivities…
Thanks for keeping the lights on. Happy New Year to all and sundry, and may 2026 be better than the dumpster fire that has been 2025.
