Thanks Lee, for a photo of our often discussed McMahan. Wondering where he lands in 2020.
Well Nats Prospects friends, after four years, we finally have a definitive answer to our question: Is there any stage that’s too big for young Juan Soto? Answer: No. Biggest hits on the biggest stage. And I still remember how excited he was to deliver a walk-off hit in Hagerstown just ONE season ago!
I don’t know if you’ve read this but all year on his days off he would head to Harrisburg to hang out with his friends. Never stops to amaze.
Now is the time to remember what Luke said about Soto — the chances of seeing someone tear through the system like last year is like spotting Sasquatch riding a Unicorn.
Remember eagerly visiting Nationals Prospects every morning last April as Soto posted ridiculous numbers each day. Obviously special, but even then, didn’t realize how special.
He’s 20….
Or that first week of May in Woodbridge when he homered five times in six games.
Yes, he was with the PNats for 17 days.
