Sent mine in, This one was much harder than the hitters IMO. Chosing between Jordan, Martin, Estevez, Garcia, etc for the last few spots was not easy
Sent mine in. Jordan, Martin, Estevez and Garcia didn’t make my list at all. YMMV 🙂
Jordan and Estevez, in my humble opinion, jeff550. A pitcher I like who nobody ever mentions is Bobby Hansen. He’s been injured but when he pitches he seems to do very well. That doesn’t mean he’s in my top ten but…
I’m with you on having a good opinion of Bobby Hansen – just wish he could stay healthy. The health issues, even when minor make the pitching lists much more volitile, imo.
I went with Estevez and Martin. I mostly went with Martin to try and further convice SueD that he should have been the #5 prospect for the Harrisburg pitchers 😉
That’s such a great story on Jack Swift, for all those who haven’t read the links on this story, a look at a time that really no longer exists. Worth reading more than once.
I’ve got a feeling that this might take a bit longer than the hitters’ poll did, but I promise not to seem impatient or petulant (even as a joke) about not seeing results.
I’m calling it tomorrow morning. The participation is less but it’s close…
