Tatusko with his 5.73 ERA in AA is promoted? What? Why does he get rewarded with a promotion? He hasn’t done anything in AA! If they are looking for a reliever to fill Cole’s spot I would have sent Van Allen up. If they were going to send another starter up I would have sent Peacock, although I also understand the argument for being patient with him based on his age. But Tatusko? And I thought Arnesen was pitching tonight in AA. I guess he got scratched.
I’m sorry about jumping the gun on N & N, but I have to say this about Robbie Ray………….WOW…WOW….WOW! This knocks any theory about his first start being a bit of beginners luck.
The ‘Guzman twins’ move is a curiosity.
Michael Aubrey hit 4 homers in 4 ABs tonight for Syracuse in its 11-0 defeat of Durham. Wow.
Ughh! Tatusko doesn’t deserve this. This is only justification for the FO. I am sick of these Rizzo deals. When is he going to look at the numbers? Reward the numbers, not your trades!
I think everyone’s assuming Tatusko is going to start for Syracuse. Look at the bigger picture: The Chiefs were down an arm in the ‘pen and now they’ve replaced it. In years past, the FO would grab one of the OGs from Potomac for such a purpose. Hell, last year Robbie Jacobsen was brought up to Harrisburg when Jhonatan Solano was out for a couple of days and the Sens needed a backup catcher.
So do you think Roark will start of relive in Syracuse. Do you think he is just organzational depth now, or do you think he is still an actualy prospect
