WILMINGTON
● IF Jackson Ross reassigned from Fredericksburg
Reminder #8765 that not all upward movement is a promotion. The flacks and PR folks may call it that, but a more careful look will see that most of these moves are replace the slots that were vacated.
In this case, just about every move is deserved though. Mack and Thomas, maybe not, but the rest have played very well and finally seem to have mastered their levels.
