Altoona 2 Harrisburg 1 — SUSP., Top 5th
• Ross 4IP, 3H, 2R, 2ER, BB, 4K
• Lisson 1-1, R, HR, RBI

Play was stopped in the top of the 5th last night in Altoona with the Curve holding a 2-1 lead over the Senators. They’ll pick up where they left off tonight at 5 p.m. and play the full nine innings, then do a seven-inning game afterwards.

Potomac 3 Wilmington 1
• Pivetta (W, 1-1) 7IP, 3H, 0R, 2BB, 5K, WP

• Wooten 2-3, 2B, BB
• Difo 2-4, R, 2-2B, SB
• Kieboom 2-4, HR, 2RBI

Nick Pivetta threw seven shutout innings while Spencer Kieboom smacked a two-run HR to power Potomac to a 3-1 win over Wilmington. The 22-y.o. Canadian walked two and let up just three hits while striking out five to earn his first win of the season. Dakota Bacus finished with a run over two innings to get the save, his second of 2015. Wilmer Difo doubled twice and stole a base to match Kieboom’s 2-for-4 mark in the boxscore.
Roster moves: RHP Manny Rodriguez placed on the 7-Day DL; RHP Tyler Mapes reassigned from Hagerstown.

Hagerstown 5 Delmarva 1

A three-run 4th broke open a 2-0 game as the Suns took their third straight, 5-1 over Delmarva. Austen Williams spun six scoreless innings and struck out six while giving up just three hits and a walk to earn his second win. R.C. Orlan finished the game but lost the shutout bid in the 9th on leadoff triple and a groundout. Hagerstown notched eight hits total on offense with D.K. Carey leading the way at 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI.
Roster moves: LHP Brett Mooneyham activated from the 7-Day DL.
