Rochester Red Wings, 16-17, T6th I.L. East, 6GB
Rochester split its series with Worcester and remains a game within .500, despite a roster that has already seen 37 players log innings and/or at-bats. The pitching is now close to league average (5.27 vs. 5.07) but the offense has fallen to the 5th worst in the I.L. This week, it’s a short trip down I-90 to play the Mets for six with afternoon games on the weekend. Roster moves: LHP Cionel Pérez elected free agency.

Harrisburg Senators, 16-10, 2nd E.L. Southwest, 4GB
Kyle Luckham kept the Nats’ POTW streak going with his six and 2/3rds shutout innings with no walks and eight K’s in a no-decision on Saturday. After splitting with the RubberDucks, the Seawolves come to City Isle for six, including an 11am start tomorrow.

Wilmington Blue Rocks, 15-11, 2nd Sally Lg. North, &frac; GB
Wilmington has won seven of ten and climbed to within a 1/2 game of first place despite a -1 run differential. The Blue Rocks will be taking their show on the road for the next two weeks, beginning with six against the Spartanburgers.

Fredericksburg Nationals, 19-8, 1st C.L. North, 3GA
The FredNats took five of six last week including a near meltdown last Tuesday and walkoffs on Wednesday and Thursday. This week, it’s first place vs. second place as Fredericksburg makes another visit to Hill City for five night games and a day game on Sunday.

FCL Nationals vs. FCL Astros – PPD
Presumably, rain washed away the opener between the FCL Nationals and the FCL Astros. The makeup is scheduled for Thursday, May 14. Roster moves: IF Gavin Dugas assigned from Wilmington for MiLB rehab.
