Rochester broke open a 1-0 game with a pair of two-spots in the 6th and 7th innings and weathered a late charge by Syracuse to win, 5-3. Luis Perales returned from the D.L. to throw three scoreless innings with two hits, two walks, and two strikeouts. Trevor Gott added two more goose eggs to the scoreboard to pick up the win. Zach Penrod was credited with the save despite giving up a solo HR in the 9th. Seaver King singled twice and homered whil Abimelec Ortiz doubled and singled twice to lead the Red Wings’ 12-hit parade. Roster moves: RHP Luis Perales activated from 7-Day I.L.; LHP Erik Tolman placed on Development List.

The Senators scored in four straight “ups” in the middle innings to turn a 1-0 deficit into a 7-1 lead that the bullpen nearly blew in a 7-5 win over the Fightin Phils. Josh Randall won his AA debut with five innings of one-run ball on two hits, four walks, and three whiffs. Sam Petersen singled twice, tripled once, and drove in two while Cayden Wallace singled, doubled, scored a run, and drove in a run to lead the Harrisburg offense.

Brooklyn scored in each of the first four innings to build an 8-0 lead and cruise to an 8-1 win over Wilmington. Yoel Tejeda Jr. was spun for all eight Cyclones runs on nine hits, a walk, and two hit batsmen over thise four frames. He struck out six while losing for the third time. Hunter Hines broke up the no-hitter with the first of his two singles while Angel Feliz delivered a two-out RBI single to end the shutout. Devin Fitz-Gerald and Yeremy Cabrera also singled to round out the Blue Rocks’ five-hit barrage.

The FredNats put up crooked numbers in the 1st, 6th, and 7th innings and outslugged the Shorebirds, 9-6. Miguel Sime needed 57 pitches to get seven outs as he was pecked for four runs on five hits and three walks while striking out three. Levi Huesman gave up two runs (one earned) over three in relief to get the “W” while Ryan Minckler blanked Delmarva over the last two to get his first career save. Eli Willits reached base three times on a walk and two singles and stole three bases while Rafael Ramirez Jr. reached base four times on a single and three walks to power Fredericksburg’s six-hit, eleven-walk offense. Roster moves: RHP Kevin Davis assigned from Wilmington for MiLB rehab.

The FCL Nationals put up four-spots in the 2nd and 4th innings to build a 9-0 lead and cruised to a 9-2 win. Marlon De La Cruz tossed three scoreless, allowing a hit and two walks while striking out two. The win was awarded to Ty Bothwell despite giving up a run, a hit, and a walk in an inning and a 1/3rd. Brayan Cortesia doubled twice, scored twice, and drove in three while Brady Cerkownyk reached base four times on a single, a double, and two walks to the F-Nats attack.

In the “aftercap,” the F-Cards shut out the F-Nats, 2-0 on two hits. Juan Lopez went the first three and gave up two hits, no walks, and struck out three. Tyler Schoff allowed both FCL Cardinals runs on three in his single inning thrown. Edgardo Figueroa and Eyeksson Rojas both singled while Brady Cerkownyk and Elian Soto each drew a walk to comprise the FCL Nationals offense.
