The Red Wings bullpen turned a 4-3 deficit into a 14-4 loss. J.T. Arruda was the most effective reliever again, getting the last two outs of the game while allowing only one of three inherited runners to score. The loss went to Adrian Sampson as he was charged with four runs (three earned) on five hits (one HR) and a walk over six innings. Jackson Cluff singled and homered while Andrew Pinckney went 2-for-4 to pace the Rochester offense.

Harrisburg put this one away early with a nine-run 1st inning and cruised to an 11-3 win over Erie. Erik Tolman fell an inning short of qualifying for the win, giving up all three SeaWolves runs on four hits and three walks over four innings. Chance Huff picked up the win with two scoreless innings, with two hits, no walks, and two whiffs. Johnathon Thomas led the 17-hit parade—in which every starter got a hit—with two singles, a double, two runs scored, and four RBI followed by Delino DeShields Jr. with a single, triple, walk, and three runs scored.

Make that six straight losses for the Blue Rocks as the Dash punctuated a 9-5 win. Xander Meckley lost his second A+ start with seven runs let in on six hits (one HR) and four walks while striking out four over three innings. Wilmington made the most of its five hits and five walks, with Chad Lomavita driving two with his fourth HR and Elijah Nunez reaching base twice on a single and a walk and getting an RBI on a groundout.
