After the IronPigs took a 14-13 lead in the next half-inning, Andrew Pinckney singled to push the free runner to third and, after an IBB to Robert Hassell—who had singled twice and homered twice—Andrew Knizer singled to center for tying and game-winning runs. The blown-save-loss went to Merrick Baldo on two runs let in over one-plus innings. Yoel Tejeda spun five frames of one-run ball on three hits. He walked none and struck out seven for a no-decision. flipping the calendar to May has certainly been good for Hassell’s BA. his two home runs yesterday were each over 430 feet!
