Scranton/Wilkes-Barre hit back-to-back-to-back HRs in a seven-run 5th as they turned a 7-5 deficit into 12-7, rain-shortened win. Thad Ward was sent packing after two and 2/3rds innings, charged with four runs on four hits (one HR) and three walks. The loss went to Adonis Medina, who gave up five hits, four of which cleared the outfield wall. ESPN has learned those are called home runs. Brady House and Jake Alu both homered and drove in two, as did Erick Mejia with a single that opened up the Red Wings scoring. The game was halted in the top of the 7th with one out and two runners on and called 31 minutes later.
