Harrisburg pushed its win streak to four games with a 5-1 win over Trenton. Wirkin “For the Weekend” Estevez one-hit the Thunder for six innings, though he issued four walks and struck out just two, but won his fourth AA game. After Tim Collins was roughed up for third time in five appearances, Dakota Bacus shut the door with two scoreless for the save. Victor Robles walked once and doubled twice while Raudy Read singled twice and homered to lead the Sens’ offense.

This one went to the dogs on Bark in the Park night, which saw the Dash batters make the P-Nats fielders play fetch, 14-6. Taylor Guilbeau took the brunt of the beating, charged with nine runs (seven earned) on 11 hits and a walk over four and 2/3rds for his fourth loss. Rhett Wiseman singled twice and walked once while Tyler Beckwith connected for his first High-A HR and scored twice to pace the Potomac offense. Roster move: 2B Jake Noll promoted from Hagerstown.

Hagerstown kept pace with second-place Greensboro and gained a game on first-place Hickory with a 5-4 win over first-half champ Kannapolis. James Bourque got the start and pitched into the 6th, but gave up all four Intimidator runs on five hits and four walks. A.J. Bogucki stranded a runner while getting the next seven outs to earn the win while Sam Held kept the tying run from scoring in the 8th and pitched a 1-2-3 ninth to tally the save. Telmito Agustin was a triple shy of the cycle while going 3-for-4 with two RBI to lead the Suns’ hit column. Roster move: 2B Branden Boggetto promoted from Auburn.

Nick Raquet was charged with all three Williamsport runs on seven hits, but walked none and struck out two for the win. Jake Cousins and Alex Troop both put up two scoreless to close out the game. Nick Choruby and Armond Upshaw both drew to walks and drove in a run to lead Auburn’s ten-hit, seven-walk offense.
