The subject discussed about prospects mastering a level
Leads me to another question :
mills to Potomac or other guys buy time at one level up as a guy like mills totally masters low A ball???

I am sure brass wishes they have some future pitchers who advance in mastery like Fedde did as in the likes of Crowe , Mills, Braymer, Troop, etc.

Maybe this draft class plus several of the Latin signees turns the tide in slow maturity through the farm .

Mills is certainly deserving, but Sterling Sharp has also been very good. I wouldn’t mind if Sharp got promoted before Mills. But that just brings up back to yesterday’s conversation about the bottleneck of talent in Hagerstown, and the dearth in Potomac and higher.
