Harrisburg exploded for six runs in the 5th and cruised to a 7-4 win over Bowie in the series finale. Greg Ross got the Jack Morris win with all four Baysox runs allowed on eight hits and two walks while striking out three. Phillips Valdez and Wander Suero each turned in two scoreless to earn the hold and save, respectively. Raudy Read singled and homered while Zach Collier doubled twice to lead the Sens’ 12-hit, seven-walk offense.

The Suns outhit the Shorebirds, 9-7, but were shut out 6-0. Weston Davis was dinged for all six runs on seven hits and a walk over five innings. James Borque followed with three perfect innings of relief. Anderson Franco was the sole batter to reach base twice as Hagerstown did not draw a walk and was 1-for-9 with RISP, the “one” coming in the 3rd inning with Daniel Johnson connecting for a third straight single but Franco getting thrown out at home.
