The Legends went full Little League in the bottom of the 9th with an error, two walks, and two wild pitches allowing the Suns to score four times on just two singles to turn a 3-0 shutout bid into a 4-3 walkoff loss. The collapse made a winner out of Grant Borne, who allowed just a walk and a single over four innings while striking out four in relief. Starter Jefry Rodriguez was dinged for three runs on five hits and two walks over the first five innings for a no-decision. Max “For Those About To” Schrock led the hit column with two, while Victor Robles walked and was hit by a pitch twice to reach base three times.
