AFL Update: Oct. 20, 2015
Salt River won for the third time in four games, taking a 2-1 decision from Surpriseyesterday afternoon.
Spencer Kieboom and Christopher Bostick were in among the starting nine for the Rafters. Kieboom ended his hitlessness with a leadoff single in the 4th as he went 1-for-4 overall while batting fifth. He was unsuccessful in denying two stolen base attempts but played error-free behind the plate.
Bostick played second base and had just one defensive chance, a lineout in the 6th. At the plate, he went 0-for-3 with a whiff and a GIDP.
The two teams switch venues this afternoon.

Byron Kerr is reporting that Wirkin Estevez has been added to the Rafters’ taxi squad, making him eligible to pitch twice a week — Wednesdays and Saturdays — and helping him live up to the very bad nickname “For The Weekend.”
