Got to give props to Espino, one of the few bright spots in an abysmal rotation for the Sens.

This could be a revelatory post. It appears Jeff is actually following the MLB team as well as the lower level affiliates! How can one man do it all?

How many times has that “urine sample” picture been on the site?
Good – The urine sample picture is funny!
Bad – It’s not funny after about 50 times!
Interesting – Funny fades after a number of times approximately equal to Bryce Harper’s jersey number!
