Rain postponed yesterday’s Chiefs-RailRiders game until June 26, when it will be made up at 5:00 p.m. as part of a doubleheader.

Harrisburg vs. Bowie — PPD
Same story as Syracuse, but no makeup date has been set just yet. Bowie next visits for five games on July 4-8.

On the plus side, Potomac remains unbeaten over the last nine games. The minus is that the blown save in the 9th — the 17th of the season — denied the P-Nats to take advantage of the idle Frederick Keys and reduce the magic number to clinch to ten. Potomac overcame an early 3-0 deficit two in the 6th (courtesy of a Kevin Keyes HR) and three in the 7th to take a 5-3 lead. Myrtle Beach answered with one in the 7th and tied it in the ninth on a walk, sacrifice, and a two-out single before the rain halted play and the game was called. No continuation date has been announced, as the Carolina League will likely cross its fingers and hope that the Southern Division is won without this one affecting the outcome.
Kannapolis vs. Hagerstown — Cancelled
For the third time in a month, Hagerstown had a game canceled, increasing the odds of the first half being decided by less than a full game or on percentage points. The second-place Suns visit the third-place Power for a three-game series this weekend. Hagerstown leads West Virginia by a ½ game but trails Hickory by a full game. The Suns and Crawdads are scheduled for four games in three days on Monday through Wednesday at the Muni as Hagerstown closes out the first half at home.

The D-Nats rallied for two in the last of the 9th to win, 5-4. John Feliz picked up his second win in relief, stranding two in the 7th and pitching two and 2/3rds scoreless inning with no hits, no walks, and three strikeouts. Jean Ramirez got the start, but was roughed up four runs on three hits and four walks. Dionicio Rosario paced the offense with a 3-for-5 game, doubling, homering, and driving in three. He also stole a base.
