Zach Walters accounted for the sole P-Nats run with his 5th HR. Trevor Holder was the tough-luck LP, allowing both Pelican runs (one unearned) on seven hits and a walk. The Carolina League has added Rob Wort to the All-Star game roster, ruining his three-day break honoring him for a stellar first half with a 1.10ERA and five saves over 21 appearances.

Angelo Dilone got the win in relief of Jefry Rodriguez, who somehow managed to allow just a single run despite walking seven over four and 2/3rds. 17-y.o. Juan De Los Santos led the hit column with a 3-for-4 game.
