Adam Carr survived a shaky eighth and slammed the door with a 1-2-3 ninth, punctuated by a game-ending strikeout. Pitching Star: Billy Ott 4IP 1H 0R 0BB 3K
Hitting Star: Matt Hague 3-5

Matt Hague paced the offense with three of the seven hits. Pedro Encarnacion made his first start and was knocked from the box with two outs in the 2nd, charged with four runs on three hits and two walks.

Hitting Star #1: Aladin Reyes 2-4, 2R, 2B, BB, 2SB
Hitting Star #2: Nelalexfred Ortega 2-4, 2R, BB, 3SB
Notes: A sixth-inning meltdown by the DSL Nationals bullpen, which saw the DSL Mets1 score three times on three hits and four walks, was the key moment in a 7-6 loss. The D-Nats stranded 12 runners, unable to take advantage of six walks and three errors by the DSL Mets1 pitchers and fielders. Starter Anthony Marcelino got the no-decision with three runs allowed on five hits and two walks over five innings.
