All three runs came with two out as Tony Renda cashed in the back-to-back walks drawn by Wes Schill and Hunter Bailey to lead off the inning with a two-run single. Mike McQuillan send Renda to third with a safety to RF but couldn’t score from first on “Help Me” Wander Ramos’s double to CF that drove in the third Hagerstown run. Pedro Encarnacion tossed six shutout innings to get the win while the trio of Cody Davis, Travis Henke, and Robert Benincasa each pitched an inning in relief, with Benincasa getting the save, his fourth, though he gave up a home run in the 9th.
