The FCL Nationals fell to .500 with a 1-0 loss to their co-tenants in West Palm Beach. Working on 67 days rest, Jacob Weaver walked two and struck out two on 22 pitches, eight for strikes in his second career appearance. Juan Lopez gave up the sole run on a solo HR and three hits total over four and a 1/3rd innings. He walked three and struck out seven. The F-Nats bats blasted the F-Astros for a double and four singles, none of which came with runners in scoring position. Roster moves: RHP Cesar Rojas assigned from Fredericksburg for MLB Rehab.

Officially, none. Unofficially, multiple sources are reporting that Harry Ford will be called up to replace Drew Millas on the Washington roster starting tomorrow. FWIW, whoever gets the call and plays for the big club will be just the 17th position player to make an appearance – vs. 27 pitchers, which will soon be 28 with the addition of Max Kranick to the ‘pen, presuming he doesn’t blow out his elbow during warmups.
