The Red Wings erased a 1-0 deficit with a four-run 5th and held off the Jumbo Shrimp for a 6-3 win. Mitchell Parker got the benefit of the rally as he allowed one run on three hits and a walk while striking out six over five innings. Rochester only drew eight walks, with two apiece by Harry Ford and Dylan Crews, which made six runs on five singles and two doubles possible on a 4-for-17 night with RISP.
