Adrian Sampson picked up his fourth win with five scoreless innings with three hits allowed and three walks issued. He struck out one. Andrew Pinckney led the 12-hit parade with three singles, followed by Nasim Nuñez with a single and a double. Roster moves: C C.J. Stubbs added to 40-man roster, recalled to Washington.

Altoona scored two touchdowns in the first half and held Harrisburg to a field goal in a 14-3 loss by the Senators. Erik Tolman was sacked for five runs on six hits (one HR) and four walks over three innings to get the “L.” Johnathon Thomas and Sam Brown both singled, doubled, and scored a run to pace the Harrisburg offense, which scored two of its three runs on sacrifice flies.

Pablo Aldonis picked up the win with three scoreless while Anthony Arguelles got his second save with a 1-2-3 ninth. 27-y.o. Juan Yepez doubled and homered while the 26-y.o. Williams matched his 2-for-4 mark to power the Wilmington offense.

Riley Maddox earned a hold in his pro debut with two goose eggs while Tucker Biven worked around a two-out double to get the save, his first as a pro.
