D.J. Herz fell two outs shy of pitching a quality start but struck out a season-high ten as the Red Wings defrocked the Saints, 6-3. Herz gave up one run on two hits and one walk over five and a 1/3rd innings to pick up his third win. Jackson Cluff and Erick Mejia led Rochester’s 12-hit parade with three hits apiece with Cluff driving in two and Mejia scoring twice.

Binghamton went to town on Michael Cuevas, dropping three-spots in both the 1st and 2nd innings as they pounded Harrisburg, 8-2. Cuevas course-corrected for three scoreless to finish with six runs allowed on five hits and three walks over five innings. The Sens were one-hit through six innings before Dylan Crews and Andrew Pinckney hit solo HRs in the 7th and 8th innings. J.T. Arruda and Brady House also singled to round out the four-hit barrage. Roster moves: RHP Marquis Grissom promoted from Wilmington.

The Blue Rocks sent 11 men to the plate in the 6th and six came around to score to put the Hot Rods on blocks by a 9-3 count. Cade Cavalli made his first appearance north of Florida since 2022, faltering in the third to allow two runs on two walks, two wild pitches, and a hit batsmen. He finished with no hits, three walks, and five whiffs over two and 2/3rds. Wander Arias picked up the win after stranding a runner in the 3rd and putting up donuts in the 4th and 5th. Phillip Glasser homered, stole a base, scored twice, walked thrice, and drove in three while Daylen Lile drove in two with sac fly and his third HR to lead the Wilmington offense. Down East broke open a one-run game with a three-run 5th as they doubled up Fredericksburg, 6-3. Travis Sykora struck out a career-high seven over four innings but gave up two runs on a leadoff walk followed by a double and two groundouts. The offense was unable to cover for the pitching again, with Brandon Pimentel going 3-for-5 and Nate Ochoa going 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI to power the FredNats attack.

The F-Nats scored four in the 2nd and were shut down after that as the F-Astros banged out five runs to take this one, 5-4. Camilo Sanchez got the start and was blasted for four runs on seven hits and two walks. He struck out four. The loss went to Reilin Ramirez, who walked the first two batters in the 9th, then gave way to Anthony Arguelles who gave up the game-winning single after striking out the first batter he faced. The FCL Nationals mustered only five hits, but took advantage of three walks and three Robles to score four times, including a bases-clearing double by Elijah Nunez. Roster moves: Sammy Infante assigned from Wilmington for MiLB rehab.
