You can tune in to the nationals feed on MLB.com tomorrow night to hear Charlie & Dave, or set the DVR for the tape-delay on MLB Network at 10 p.m. By the way, the MLB interns got around to updating the page referenced here so you won’t have to wait until next Wednesday for the first live broadcast.

I’d like to think that expectations will be for a .500 team in DC, and perhaps for the next wave (i.e., “our guys”) to be brought up when they’re ready and not be rushed. But the beat writers are already focusing on Dylan Crews and proclaiming Cole Henry fully healthy, so that might be wishful thinking.

Speaking of specious, that’ll be me covering ST for about 2-3 weeks as time allows, which means getting back to posting almost every day instead of every four or five. Once most of the minor-leaguers have been sent to the backfields, we’ll pull back. With the longer AAA and AA seasons, there won’t be much of a break.

Last but not least, a shoutout to e-migo Todd Boss, who ran down the Nats’ options situation (so I don’t have to 😉 that GMs across the league pretend won’t affect the construction of the Opening Day roster.
