DSL Nationals Lost, 6-2 OFF DAY

Rochester Red Wings – OFF DAY
The Red Wings begin the second half on the road in Lehigh Valley, then come home for six against the Bisons before the July 10-13 All-Star Break. Meanwhile, RHPs Jackson Rutledge and Joel Peguero have been promoted/reassigned from the Senators.

Harrisburg Senators – OFF DAY
No corresponding moves yet for Rutledge and Peguero but these could be easily backfilled with Cole Henry and/or Mitchell Parker, both of whom are eligible to come off the Development List by tomorrow. Harrisburg hosts Altoona this week and visit Akron next week before the break.

Wilmington Blue Rocks – OFF DAY
Earlier this week, Brady House and James Wood were named to the N.L. roster for the Futures Game that will be held in Seattle on July 8th and broadcast via Peacock and SiriusXM. But the good news is you will not have to suffer through Tom Verducci pretending he knows any of the players. The Blue Rocks travel to Wappinger Falls, NY to visit the Renegades then return to Wilmington on the 4th of July to host the Cyclones.

Fredericksburg Nationals – OFF DAY
Fredericksburg returns home after a 3-8 road trip to South Carolina to host Salem this week, then head out to Eastern Maryland to visit Delmarva. The FredNats’ second-half is heavily weighted towards the “old” Low-A East North Division with 15 games against the Hillcats, 18 against the Red Sox, and 12 against the Shorebirds (all in Delmarva).

FCL Nationals – OFF DAY
The F-Nats visit the F-Marlins today before returning for a “home-and-home” against the F-Astros tomorrow and Friday.

DSL Guardians Blue 6 DSL Nationals 2
• H. Moreno (L, 0-2) 3IP, 1H, 3R, 3ER, 3BB, 3K
• Acevedo 1-2, R
• Batista 1-3, R, 2B, RBI

The DSL Nationals made it easy for me: I only needed to swap out “Royals” for “Guardians” on the 6-2 score.
