Sterling Sharp made the start and turned in his best outing: one run on seven hits and two walks over five innings while fanning four. He was rewarded with a loss as the Rochester offense was AWOL, managing just five hits and four RISP chances. Andrew Stevenson was the sole Red Wings batter to reach base twice as he went 2-for-4 with a double.
