Yesterday, the Nationals announced its 2021 Spring Training Schedule via the Twitters with seven games over the air, and three via the Flagship station (106.7FM):
106.7FM | TIME | 980AM | TIME |
Sun. 3/14 | 1:05 p.m. | Sat. 3/13 | 6:05 p.m. |
Sun. 3/21 | 1:05 p.m. | Tue. 3/16 | 6:05 p.m. |
Wed. 3/24 | 6:05 p.m. | Fri. 3/19 | 6:05 p.m. |
Sat. 3/20 | 6:05 p.m. | ||
Thu. 3/25 | 6:05 p.m. |
There will also be two (2) season preview shows on 106.7FM, both 90 minutes and starting at 6:30 p.m., on Wednesday, March 17 and Monday, March 22. Online only games begin with three consecutive on the 9th through the 11th, then the 15th, 23rd, 28th, and the 29th.
As many have noted, the TV schedule remains sparse, with only an ESPN broadcast against the Mets on March 4th (1:10 p.m.). Yesterday, Britt Ghiroli, the former Nats beat writer (and now national MLB beat writer) for The Athletic noted:
Am told the Nats will have some games on Masn. Just. Just not announced yet. https://t.co/PyqnDyOa2D

No further details yet, but since betting has become de rigeur in sports coverage lately, anyone care to bet that it won’t be a deal with either SNY (Mets) or Fox Sports Midwest (Cardinals) to use their feed while Bob Carpenter pretends he’s not in at the MASN studios in Cockeysville, Md.?
