Fresno gave up runs in the double digits for the fourth straight game—sixth in eight—in a 16-3 loss to Las Vegas. Erick Fedde got 12 outs but gave up 11 hits, two walks, and seven runs for the loss. Four relievers gave the position players the night off… when they weren’t chasing down 12 more hits over the last four innings. José “Orange” Marmolejos singled twice and doubled twice to account for half the Grizzlies hits and one of its three RBI.
Roster move: RHP Logan Ondrusek placed on the 7-day I.L., retroactive to June 26.

Erie 3 Harrisburg 2

• Guilbeau 2IP, 1H, 0R, BB, 3K, WP
• A. Sanchez 3-5, R
• Garcia 2-5, R, 2B

The Senators offense continues to sputter, failing to score more than three runs for the eighth time in nine games in a 3-2 loss to the Seawolves. Jackson Tetreault gave up all three Erie runs on six hits and a walk while fanning six. His second AA quality start was rewarded with his fourth loss. Taylor Guilbeau held things close for two scoreless innings while watching his teammates get on base three times and stay there for a total of 10 on the night. Adrián Sanchez led the Harrisburg hit column with three singles, followed by Luis Garcia and Ian Sagdal with two hits apiece.

Carolina 4 Potomac 1
• Raquet (L, 5-8) 5⅔ IP, 5H, 4R, 4ER, BB, 10K, HR, 2WP, HBP
• Pantoja 1⅓ IP, 2H, 0R, BB, K

• Reetz 1-4, 2B, RBI

Nick Raquet struck out a career-best of ten in a 4-1 Potomac loss to Carolina. He also gave up all four Mudcat runs on five hits and a walk to lose for the eighth time. Jakson Reetz broke up both the no-hitter and the shutout with an RBI double in the 7th. Telmito Agustin, who scored the lone P-Nats run after reaching on an error, and K.J. Harrison were the only two Potomac batters to reach base twice as Potomac was held to two hits and two walks.

Delmarva 3 Hagerstown 1 (10 inn.)
• Peguero 6IP, 7H, R, ER, 0BB, 4K, WP

• Turner (L, 1-2) 1IP, 1H, 2R, 1ER, 2BB, 1K, HBP
• Cluff 1-4, R

Make that six straight losses for the Suns, who fell in extras, 3-1 to the Shorebirds. Francys Peguero pitched well and got a no-decision while the Pope remains Catholic. Jackson Stoeckinger also threw well but OT Turner stumbled again, giving up the last two Delmarva runs on a hit, two walks, and a Victor Robles in the 10th. Hagerstown racked up four singles and two walks, with only Justin Connell reaching base twice (single, HBP) while stealing two bases.
