The Grizzlies broke out the longball as they won a back-and-forth ballgame with the Aviators, 9-8. Jose “Orange” Marmolejos’s solo shot in the 8th was the fourth and final as Jimmy Cordero was able to secure the win with a goose egg in the 9th. Tanner Rainey picked up the win in relief as he stranded two in the 7th and worked around a hit batsman in the 8th. Brandon Snyder drove in six with a pair of Earl Weaver specials while Alec Keller doubled and homered to lead the Grizzlies’ 12-hit parade.

Harrisburg returns to action tonight against Altoona, riding a five-game win streak and sitting atop the E.L. West with a 14-2 mark – the best start for the Senators since the current affiliation began in 1987.
