Carter Kieboom couldn’t bothered with merely hitting a single as he got four extra-base hits in Harrisburg’s 15-3 demolition of Erie. The 20-y.o. shortstop doubled, tripled, and homered twice while drawing a walk and driving in four runs. The trio of Jake Noll, Dan Gamache, and Raudy Read were next in the hit column with three apiece as the Sens pounded out 20 total. Ceasr Vargas got the win with five innings of two-run ball on six hits and four walks while striking out seven.
Myrtle Beach 1 Potomac 0 (9 inn.) – GAME ONE

Ben Braymer was perfect through six and had a no-hitter through seven, which should have been good enough for at least a “W.” Alas, the P-Nats bats were 0-for-11 with RISP and couldn’t deliver a single run. The Pelicans eventually broke up the Star Trek convention on the Pfitzner scoreboard with a run in the 9th for a 1-0 victory. Braymer struck out nine and walked one while throwing 97 pitches. The loss went to Jacob Condra-Bogan for letting in the free runner on a two-single in his second inning of work. Potomac had just two hits (singles by Aldrem Corredor and Nick Banks) and two walks (Rhett Wiseman and Telmito Agustin) and left on seven baserunners.

The second game was a repeat of the first through five and a half innings before Jack Sundberg bunted his way on with one out, took second on a infield groundout, and came around on Aldrem Corredor’s single to right for a 1-0 P-Nats win in the nightcap. That made a winner out of Steven Fuentes for two prefect innings in relief. Matthew Crownover got the start and went the first five frames with five hits and two walks allowed. Both pitchers struck out two. Roster moves: RHPs Jackson Tetreault and Brigham Hill promoted from Hagerstown; OF Nick Basto placed on the 7-Day DL.
Hagerstown – OFF DAY
With Auburn off for the NYPL All-Star game and an off day for Hagerstown, there’s no official word on who will replace Tetreault and Hill in the Suns rotation and/or corresponding moves involving the Doubledays.

This time Fray Perez was over his head as the G-Mets cut his cable car with six runs in the 9th to turn a 4-2 deficit into an 8-4 victory over the G-Nats. Jake Irvin got the look-see start with a run on two hits over the first two innings. Pedro Gonzalez, who was pounded in his first two GCL appearances, struck out five over four innings for his second straight one-run outing. Wilmer Perez and Onix Vega both went 2-for-3 with an RBI to lead the G-Nats offense.
