Rochester 6 Syracuse 4
• Milone (L, 2-3) ⅓ IP, 3H, 5R, 5ER, 3BB, 0K, 0HR
• Goforth 2⅔ IP, 1H, 0R, 0BB, 2K, 3-1 IR-S
• Bautista 2-5, R, HR, RBI
• Wilson 2-4, R, HR, RBI

Tommy Milone dug a Syracuse 5-0 hole after just 2/3rds of an inning that the ‘pen and the bats couldn’t climb out of for a 6-4 loss to Rochester. Milone retired just one of eight batters faced and was charged with the first five RedWing runs on three hits and three walks. Three relievers combined for seven and 2/3rds innings of one-run relief on just two hits and two walks. Rafael Bautista and Jacob Wilson both hit solo homers as the Chiefs were 0-for-6 with RISP and left on baserunners.

Bowie 5 Harrisburg 4 – COMP.
• McGowin 5⅔ IP, 6H, 4R, 4ER, BB, 7K
• Harper ⅓ IP, 1H, 0R, 0BB, 0K, 1-0 IR-S
• Ro. Mendez (L, 2-2) 1BF, 1H, 1R, 1ER, 0BB, 0K, HR
• Johnson 2-4, R
• Soto 3-4, RBI

Roman Mendez did his best imitation of Shawn Kelley as he coughed up the game-winning HR to the one and only batter he faced in the bottom of the 7th for a 5-4 Sens loss to the BaySox. Juan Soto got his third hit in the top of the 7th to the lead the Harrisburg hit column.

Harrisburg 5 Bowie 2 – GAME TWO
• Reyes (W, 3-4) 5IP, 5H, 2R, 2ER, 5BB, 0K
• Guillon (H, 2) 2IP, 1H, 0R, 0BB, 0K
• Self (SV, 3) 2IP, 2H, 0R, 0BB, 0K
• Ward 2-4, 2B
• Johnson 2-5, 2R, 2B, RBI
• Gushue 2-5, 2B, RBI

Highlighted by Juan Soto’s two-run HR, Harrisburg rallied for three in the 5th to erase a 2-1 deficit en route to a 5-2 victory over Bowie in the regularly scheduled game. Luis Reyes, Ismael Guillon, and Derek Self combined for zero (zip, nada, none) strikeouts with Reyes walking five and allowing both BaySox runs on five hits to earn the win while Guillon spun two scoreless for his second hold and Self put up two goose eggs for his third save. Drew Ward, Daniel Johnson, and Taylor Gushue each had a single and a double to power the Senators offense.

Potomac vs. Salem – PPD
The P-Nats and Red Sox were rained out for the second straight night. They’ll screw the fans who had tickets for tonight make up one of those games with a 1 p.m. doubleheader this afternoon, then make up the third game in Salem at a later date. Potomac visits twice before the first half ends on June 17.

Hagerstown – OFF DAY
After a 3-4 homestand, the Suns redeem their frequent traveler points in Maryland and New Jersey as they play the Shorebirds and BlueClaws for four apiece over the next eight days.
