After battling back from a 4-1 deficit to tie it a 5-5, the Bats went to town on Wander Suero in the 7th for three runs and five hits for an 8-5 win over the Chiefs. Edwin Jackson got the start but needed 71 pitches just to get eight outs as he was strafed for five runs on six hits and a walk. The 19-y.o. phenom also tripled, walked, and gunned down a runner at home plate. Carlos Acevedo went the first four innings but was knocked for two runs on five hits, including a home run. A.J. Bogucki finished the game for the win. He pitched five innings, with one run allowed on two hits and a walk while striking out five. Luis Garcia led the Suns hit parade with a 3-for-5 night.
