Harrisburg – OFF DAY
After their first off day in August, the Senators embark on a six-game swing through Maryland (Bowie) and Connecticut (Hartford) for three games apiece before returning home next Tuesday.
Potomac – OFF DAY
It’s just a three-game stand against Myrtle Beach for Potomac, but the start of 13 straight games (weather permitting) although ten are in Woodbridge and three are in Frederick.
Hagerstown vs. Delmarva – PPD
Rain washed away the opener between the Suns and the Shorebirds. They’ll shoot to make it up tonight with a doubleheader.
Auburn vs. Williamsport – PPD
Ditto for central PA as Williamsport got a head start on its road trip to Staten Island and Auburn headed home a little early to host Connecticut today. They’ll try to make it up on August 26, which is the start of the final series between the two teams.

• Galindez 5IP, 2H, 0R, 3BB, 3K
• De Los Santos (BS, 1; W, 2-0) 1IP, 2H, 2R, 2ER, BB, 0K, HR

• Connell 2-3, R, BB, CS
• Bautista 2-4, 3R, 3B, BB, RBI
The G-Nats did their best imitation of the big Nats as they blew a 3-0 lead in the 8th and a 4-3 lead in the 9th but still managed to win, 6-5 over the G-Marlins. Nelson Galindez spun five shutout innings on two hits and three walks with three K’s. Jose De Los Santos coughed up a two-run HR in the top of the 9th but was the pitcher of record when the G-Nats answered with two runs, thus getting the ignominious blown-save-win. Luis Garcia reached based four times with a walk, two singles, and a double while rehabbing Rafael Bautista and 11th Rd. pick Justin Collin both had two singles and a walk to lead the G-Nats offense.
