For most of you, this may seem too late, but in the seven seasons I’ve been doing this, it’s only a little bit later than usual. While it may seem related to the news that Lucas Giolito will debut tonight, I’d argue it has more to do with the last of the signings coming in and room needing to be made. No word yet on the corresponding moves for Giolito and Martin yet, though it would seem likely that Taylor Jordan will go on the 60-Day DL and perhaps someone else will be DFA’d – perhaps even Martin himself.
