Whatever your felicitation — Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, Solstice, Festivus — please make it safe, healthful, and enjoyable for you and yours across the Natmosphere. It’s been an eventful week, if not an interesting year, and a pleasure to use my profession to share my passion with all of you in 2011.

  1. Thanks for everything, Sue. You and your family have a great holiday. Spike is, as usual, cute as a button. Well, button might a poor simili, but cute, nevertheless.

  2. Must admit those photos of Spike are the best! Glad to see you are still enjoying it … happy holidays!

  3. Thanks Sue for all your hard work every year. My dog won’t let me put anything on her head. Happy Holidays!

  4. Thanks for everything, and looking forward to another exciting year here at NP.
Hope Santa Claus was good to everybody.

  5. Fairy stars – how humiliating. It’s ok, my-ex had a pair of plush reindeer antlers she used to make her aussie shepard wear on x-mas day. The shepard ehded up in basically the same pose as Spike for most of the day.

  6. Just to jumpstart the conversation towards the next post, Mark Zuckerman did a nice piece of what’s left in the farm system.
I figure talking about it will make me feel better. Not happening yet.

    • Not to worry, I’m writing my “Eleven for ’11” post in another tab on my browser… but I’ll jump in to the Zuckerman conversation.
